Recieving a Response Before the Processing Time Deadline

Hi,

I just have received a massage indicating that my processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office in just 22 days subsequent to my application date. However, the maximum processing time in my country "Lebanon" is 4 weeks (28 days).

Now my concern is about if this means that I have got rejected.

Did anyone from Lebanon get accepted before the deadline?

I know that I will be informed within a couple days, probably even hours. But the anxiety is killing me right now.

so if anyone is capable of helping me I'd really appreciate it.

No, that doesn't mean rejection. Where I currently am, the processing time is 2 months and a fellow user on this thread got the same status just after 1 month 5 days and it was an approval.
