Recieved COPR but not PPR

Hi

I have recieved COPR on 7th April but have not recieved ppr email due to which I am unable to process further. Copr email has 30 days validity. What should I do? Please help

I am an Outland applicant. Pnp. In India, still I only recieved copr and not ppr. I am not sure what to do

Was there an email in the COPR letter that you can contact? Alternatively, raise a webform or call IRCC to explain the situation, why weren’t your passport requested when you’re an Outland applicant.

I am an Outland applicant and I have recieved copr in that they have requested for passports but it's not getting uploaded at vfs site they are looking for ppr email. I have reverted on the same email
