My sister applied for an employer specific WP. She didn’t receive approval yet but she has already passed her medical exam.
Most of them did not fill in the approval decision date, that means they haven't got it or not fill in?
It seems that they have started issuing approvals only within the US with some exceptions. Applicants outside US just receive BVL's so far. It is important to fill that chart to monitor overall situation with applications.

She’s not essential, but her employer provided a letter to the embassy and CBSA that they are waiting for her and will provide her with a place to quarantine. If a worker has a valid job offer they are exempt from travel restrictions.
