Recent Police Clearance issued for other countries submitted to Canada

Hi

Has anyone submitted Recent Police Clearance issued for other countries to CIC? I was wondering if I need to apply again or my PCC issued for Australia is valid. Anyone with such experience?

Your question isn't very clear. Are you currently in Australia and what is the date on the PCC?

I had applied for PCC for my Australian visa application. My Indian PCC says - It is certified that there is no adverse info against the applicant which would render him ineligible for travel facilities including visa for Australia.

Issued in March 2015.

Do I request a new PCC for Canada or do I submit the same?
Anyone been in a similar situation.

I am currently on H1B visa in the US, and have submitted my application on 05/05. I have received an AOR as well. I however did not submit a PCC from the US along with my application as I am still waiting to get it from the FBI. Unfortunately, as there isn't a way to expedite this process, I submitted my application without a PCC from the US. I did however include a letter of explanation for the same as well as the receipt of the documents delivery to the FBI US. Would it be possible that CIC might reject my application as incomplete - I have not heard anything about my Medical Exam yet. So kind of wondering if CIC even process my application without a PCC. Is anybody in a similar situation?

CIC s website mentions that a proof of PCC application is good enough. You need not worry. They are not rejecting in a jiffy no more. Some rejected applications have been reopened.

Also noticed that many applicants have received request for additional docs. Hope for the best.
