Recent OINP invitation and nominations? (Human Capital)

Hi all,
I've searched for and looked through topics regarding Ontario nomination but I haven't come across posts about recent invitations to apply and approvals under the Human Capital Priorities Stream.
Most posts here refer to applications made last year.
I would like to know if anyone has received an invitation since January 2016 and has made an OINP application under Human Capital Priorities Stream.
Also, is there information on the whether the cap has been reached for this stream.

i created my profile on 18 feb 2016, but didn't received, i tried to recreate profile still i didnt received invitation yet. I

Though one of my friend had 400 pts and got invitation on first week of feb 2016.

Not sure wats going on with my profile

I also created my profile on Feb 09, 2016 but Still awaiting. I am also not sure what's going on? I have CRS 430 .Please update if anyone get invitation.
