Recent OINP Approval

what exactly is "Notice of Intent to Refuse" ?

Hi,

As for what i received, it's the same when they are requesting for some other documents (ADR). However, i noticed that in the "Notice of Intent to Refuse" i was given 30 days to comply, maybe send the correct documents and failure to do so will be refusal.

I am being paranoid man, checking the account in the OINP portal every now and then. Some guys around my timeline are already approved.

I just got approved! Now i can breathe...lol. I will start preparing my stuffs now for Federal.

Can an application go DIP without requested for additional documents ??

Hi T.J,

How's your application? As to your first question, yes it can go into DIP without any request for ADR. It is the process in OINP, that is Submission - Assessment-Decision in Progress and the Approval. They might ask some documents before and after DIP.

As to the ratio?? its hard to tell (i guess case to case basis).

I received an additional information request. They asked for my recent Payslips. i was working with the company on a temporary basis before permanent offer, so i could only submit payslips of my temporary work duration. Now that I have received payslips I will forward them.
