Hello everyone
I just got a email from immigration that I meet the eligibility requirements to apply permanarnt residence under in Canada spousal application but it also mentioned that decision is not yet been made until my background checks n fees paid.
Can anybody help me to know what this letter mean??

Well it means exactly what it says they haven't made a decision as of yet they are still waiting on your background check to be completed and if you have any outstanding fees to pay them at the present time.

I checked my online status of application today and it changed to decision made ..that means my application approved.??

It means they made a decision. Could be positive or negative. You’ll have to wait till you get the next notification.

You should be approved, did you pay all your fees?

They dont usually deny people without interviews, unless it has changed
