recent grad,looking for job offer

recently i graduated from st lawrence college and i have done business diploma thr.
i have 3 years work permit with me now.i m looking an employer who can support me further in settling here in ontario as a permanent residence.i need a job in managerial rank or supervisor position or something which comes in noc b,o and a category.

I don't want sound discouraging but u just graduated and want a managerial position?/doesn't sound realistic to me.

well there are people who make this realistic sir,they ask for 12000$ for this.i m asking here for entry level managerial positions which does not need any experience at all it starts from full company training if hired by the employer.i need that opportunity only for me.
