Hi,

Had a small question.

When the PR cards are mailed by Immigration Canada, do they need to be signed for by an actual person or does CIC drop them in a mailbox like everyone else? If I give the address of an apartment and nobody's home, will the mailman just leave the cards in the mail box?

I'd appreciate it if someone could help me with this.

They just drop them in the mailbox. No signature needed.
