Receiving a letter in the mail by cic?

so I have received aor biometrics and sa but now it says on my ecas decision made (it says this under spouse sponsorship) so I know decision made means my eligibility was met because I received the email for sponsor eligibility. But now it says they send me a letter in the mAil? What would this letter be?

I am sponsor and all of my communication has been by email . I received sa today and the letter that is being sent is today too.

Our AOR was sent via letter mail. But the rest of our communication was done via email. (PGP 2018)
So it's possible and we do not know why they did that.

I believe since I am the sponsor , they sent the pa letter by mail telling them it was approved

Ecas will show you they sent an email in this case it was your sa you have already received it.
