Received this email from IRCC..please comment

I received an email from ircc in which they told details of 2 step process and how its works . But in middle of all this paragraph these lines were written

'At this time you have nothing to do, your application is still under process'

what it means . Please reply

Same thing has been sent to me as well.

They've also mentioned they aim to process all applications for fall term and give them a decision on stage 1 approval.

biometrics done on August 10th
Review of eligibility has not yet started

No i dont have AIP. My application satus is still 'submitted'

Then it seems only those who have either received AIP or have given biometrics got this email. Or maybe they are sending it out slowly. I haven't received any such email yet (no AIP and biometrics not done).

No AIP no biometric still received the same email from ircc.
