Received the dispatched Mail. cant trace the passport from blue dart

Hi guyzzz i received the dispatched mail today at 2:47 pm. But when i try to track my passport from bluedart its showing invalid number. I called the CC of blue dart they say it cant be seen it may take 2 days. Till what time we get the mail from canada immigration. I have still not received the mail its 4 hours already. Is it positive or negative

If you have submitted through VFS it is your VFS tracking ID. Please check the Option of Ref No instead of waybill number in the bluedart tracking site.
