Received SINP Nomination but Express entry profile has become invalid

Hello,

I have received SINP Nomination certificate on Nov 4th 2024 but My Express entry profile has become invalid so Till date 600 SINP points have not been transferred to Express entry . I created new Express entry profile using below instructions but that also became invalid. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If your nomination certificate has a 4-digit NOC code, you must use NOC code 93888 in every NOC field of your Express Entry profile. We’ll assess your application using the NOC 2016code on your nomination certificate.
If your nomination certificate has a 5-digit NOC code, you must submit your Express Entry profile using your 5-digit NOC 2021 code.

What SINP stream? What is your NOC? Without the 600 points are you eligible for Express Entry? ECA/IELTS still valid?

SINP Express Entry Stream. Old NOC was 2171 . I have created new EE profile wit 93888 NOC but that profile also became ineligible. ECA and IELTS are valid at the moment . My Express entry points are as below
IELTS 24 ( Band 9)
Education 23 ( Masters)
Work Exp 15 ( 10 years Exp shown out of total 18 years)
Age 3 ( 44 Years)
total 65 points -- Required 67 points .

Should I not get extra Eligibility points for getting SINP Nomination ? Or will my SINP nomination be cancelled because I am not eligible for Express entry anymore ?

So you don’t have Canadian experience? Prior to adding nomination, you need a valid EE profile and you don’t if you have 65 points. Contact a lawyer or consultant. Are you eligible through OID, if not eligible for EE anymore.

Even if I apply through OID I don't know if my IELTS and WES will be valid if and when I receive new Nomination through SINP . Already taken IELTS 4 times Last two scores are band 9. Is it possible to convert Express entry stream application to OID stream?

Talk to Sask officials about change to OID.
