RQ is to see if you're attached to canada, i just called theit office and they told me so....

No the reality it seems is that CIC officers have a quota. The more they give RQs the better for them the worse for us :'(

True that. But the processing of the RQs take a ridiculous amount of time.

Did you have a lot of travels abroad in the last 4 years?

2 weeks abroad to my home country romania in the summer every year..so not a lot of travels
