Do you mean you had your medical done in september? That's different from passing the medical, which appears on your MyCIC dashboard about a month after AOR

I receive ITA in August and Then I went for medical
You have to show ITA to get your medical test done
For PCC just apply now. you don't need any ITA for this. take PCC appointment It takes time.
@Pooja02466 then you would have cleared MEP around 20th Nov. September is date of your medical test, that is irrelevant to the process
Well I do not know about it , My consultant says 60 percent case is done. Once I pay RPRF rest process will begin
