received reply from Warsaw office

hi there
i received a reply from Warsaw office where my application is now after being transferred from Damascus office in april
their reply was on 10 September 2010 via e-mail & they requested new applications, original police certificates, IELTS, civil status documents, qualifications & referee letters from employers, bank statement with along some other documents.
they gave me a chance of 90 days to send these doxcuments or they will start to process my application anyway
My questions please:
1- i did the IELTS today, wt r the minimum scores requested?
2- it seems that it will be difficult for me to get the police certificate from Iraq within the 90 days limit!! wt should i do in this case?
3- the reply was through e-mail only & they didn't send me a letter on my PO Box!! is that enough
4- what will happen after the 90 days if i sent all the requested documents

1- No minumum score in ILTS , but you shold get 67 points to go to canada
2-send them email explain your resons , they will expand the periode and will understans ur situation
3-Yes only by email
4-they will estimate ur application again to see if u get 67 point
