Received reply from Buffalo

Hi,

I received a second reply from buffalo for my query on my application. They said that "Your PCC was received by the visa office and your file is being reviewed by the immigration officer".

The meaning is pretty simple, however I wanted to know is it a good sign? I suppose to be in the last stage of the application, I applied under old rules and did medicals and paid RPRF long ago.

If it is under review that means the visa officer is most likely to make his/her decision soon. At least that is what I think. I think since they haven't ask you to send more docs, you should be fine.
