To start with lived in Canada from 2006 to 2013.
Moved to US in 2013 till 2017
Moved back in June 2017 to Canada.
Applied immigration and got picked up for lottery.
All processing went through and received rejection letter as I have tax returns for 2017 and 2018.
It says income requirement not satisfied.
But we have been working and our income has been regular. (just that in 2015 and 2016 we were in US)
Not sure why they don't consider that even after putting in all tax returns.

What do I appeal now?

Income must be from Canadian sources. So your US based income wasn't accepted. You can certainly appeal but not sure there's much chance of success. Probably best to take the refusal and try to be selected again in 2020 so that you can reapply.
