Received Reference letters for 6 years out of total 8, difficult to get other 2.

I am going to apply for FSWP in next month to CIC Canada , but I have below query

Total 8 years of work experience, but can only provide reference letters for 6 years, check below the details

Current Job since last 1 year ( NOC : 2171 – I think will match) But cannot provide reference letter as do not want to discuss migration
with employer at this stage.
 Previous Job : 5 Year NOC : 2171 – received the reference letter with matching duties
 Job prior to that : 1 Year (NOC : ???? – Duties may not match with 2171) Employee not ready to give reference letter in FSWP format
 Job prior to that : 1 Year NOC : 2171 – received the reference letter with matching duties
Questions:

1) Do I need to send affidavits for the 2 jobs for which I do not have required reference letters or explanation letters for each of them will suffice? Note: I already have reference letters from other 2 employers adding up to 6 Years of experience for maximum points.
2) During background/verification check will they contact my current employer or they will contact last employer?
3) During my last job (5 years with reference letter) company name changed so I have documents with different company names, I do have new appointment letter when the company name changed. I will attach that but do I need to write an explanation letter for that?

Yes.. you should send affidavits copy with other supporting doc like payslip, letter ur co-worker with his ID etc

Yes. CIC may call your current employer, better discuss with ur current employer

You need to give Clear covering letter and supporting document.

Job #1 (10 Months) - NOC 2281
Job #2 ( 1 year) - NOC 2281
Job #3 (3.5 years) - NOC 2173
Job #4 (6 Months) - NOC 2173
Job #5 (5 months) - NOC 2173
Job #6 (1.5 Years ) - NOC 2173

Since I am applying for NOC 2281, I am trying to arrange Reference letters for NOC 2281 with Job Roles. However, for the other NOC(s), I just have reference letters with no job descriptions. How it might affect points for the application?
