I am going to apply for FSWP in next month to CIC Canada , but I have below query
Total 8 years of work experience, but can only provide reference letters for 6 years, check below the details
Current Job since last 1 year ( NOC : 2171 – I think will match) But cannot provide reference letter as do not want to discuss migration
with employer at this stage.
Previous Job : 5 Year NOC : 2171 – received the reference letter with matching duties
Job prior to that : 1 Year (NOC : ???? – Duties may not match with 2171) Employee not ready to give reference letter in FSWP format
Job prior to that : 1 Year NOC : 2171 – received the reference letter with matching duties
Questions:
1) Do I need to send affidavits for the 2 jobs for which I do not have required reference letters or explanation letters for each of them will suffice? Note: I already have reference letters from other 2 employers adding up to 6 Years of experience for maximum points.
2) During background/verification check will they contact my current employer or they will contact last employer?
3) During my last job (5 years with reference letter) company name changed so I have documents with different company names, I do have new appointment letter when the company name changed. I will attach that but do I need to write an explanation letter for that?
