Thank you, that's really helpful! We thought they made a mistake.
However, this also brings me to another question.
In March, the IRCC Hong Kong sent me an email asking for my police clearance certificate from France and to clear the personal history gap from Schedule A. The due date they gave me was May 15th. I obtained everything and mailed everything in on April 28th, well before the deadline. However, my status on the On-Line Services continue to say that I need to submit these documents.
So yesterday, when I checked their email again, I noticed that I missed the part about "quoting my Application # on top of all submitted documents". I thought maybe the reason my status on the On-Line Services says I still haven't submitted the documents is because I forgot to write down the Application Numbers on top of the docs. So I immediately filled out an inquiry with IRCC Hong Kong asking them whether or not they have received the my police clearance certificate and schedule A, and whether or not I should ask for another copy to mail in again. I also attached a scan of the schedule A, the police clearance certificate and the package delivery receipt with the inquiry.
However, instead of answering my question, they send me the "pre-arrival services" letter today. What does this mean? Does this mean I don't have to ask for another police clearance certificate? It's so confusing...
Thank you!
