Received PR!!Query related to passport submission for visa stamping

hi guys!!!
I have recently received PR & have been asked to submit passport for visa stamping within 1 month.However, there is a small glitch with regards to time frame allotted for submission of passport.My passport is with my employer for visa renewal purpose(renewal of employment contract) & they will return it after visa stamping, but, in the process, I may miss the deadline for submission of passport.
Please guide & any info would be handy.Appreciate.

You must complete the following steps within 30 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if applicable, permanent residence visa. If for any reason you are not able to meet this deadline, please inform us immediately by email to: (e-mail/address) with details concerning your situation."
