Hi!

This morning I received a PPR and on my Travel Document there is only 2 month left. Can I send it as it is?
I am inside Canada.

On the PPR letter it says that the passport/travel document should be valid for at least 6 months:

STEP 2: PASSPORT(S), PHOTOS AND BIO DATA REQUEST
Determine if you are a citizen of a country that is required to obtain a visa to visit Canada or that is exempt from obtaining a visa to visit Canada under Section 190 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). Consult the CIC webpage : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp#exemptions
If you are required to obtain a visa:
 We require a valid passport for you and all accompanying family members. Passports must be submitted together. Each passport must be valid at least six months have at least two blank visa pages. If there are children included in your passport there must be two blank visa pages for them as well. Please note that a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5688) and visa cannot be issued to holders of Diplomatic, Official or Military passports. You must obtain an ordinary passport.
 We require 2 Immigration size photos with the specifications listed on the following link: (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3998E_tempA.pdf). Photos are required for you and for each accompanying family member.
 Please complete the Bio Data form included at the end of this letter.
Please note that CPC-Ottawa does not send out passports outside of North America. If you or any of your family members are residing outside North America and you are unable to send your/their passport(s) to Canada and/or to provide a return mailing address in North America, contact us at CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca or by fax at 613-946-6059 so that we can make arrangements to print visas at another office.
If you are exempt from obtaining a visa:
 We require a photocopy of your passport (all pages) for you and all accompanying family members. Photocopies must be submitted together. Do not send an original passport for any person who is a citizen of a visa exempt country. Each passport must be valid at least six months. Please note that a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5688) cannot be issued to holders of Diplomatic, Official or Military passports.

On the other hand on the note in the end of the letter it says:

Final Note
The issuance of your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5688) and visa (if a visa is required) cannot be delayed so it is important for you to submit your passport(s) or passport copies as soon as possible. An expiration date (dd/mm/yy) will be indicated on these documents and you must obtain permanent residence on or before that date

Re: Received PPR - Passport Expiration date in 2 month

I don't understand why you waited so long to deal with renewing the passport  SMH

You cannot send it to them with only 2 months validity so you'll have to get it renewed first.

It will more than likely take longer to get your visa because of the changes they'll have to make (new passport number) before they stamp it in.

Check to see what the fastest turnaround time is for getting a new passport. If it's longer than the time they've given you to submit then send a CSE outlining the issue.

One of my buddy had same situation. He went ahead and sent his passport but CIC sent it back and asked him to renew his passport and send it again. I'd say get it renewd and then send it.

At the end it is ur call

Renewing passport takes time... just remember to update CIC about your situation because of the 30 days deadline on submitting the passport to CIC after PPR request
