Received PPR only, no other updates on my application status

After almost 6 months (Applied via SDS on April 1, 2024), I finally received my Original Passport request letter last week. However, my application status remains "in progress" and I have not received other messages/updates both in the GCKEY and Tracker. Is this normal?

Having experienced the agony of prolonged processing and the uncertainties that IRCC is known for, I can't fully celebrate until I see a valid stamp on my passport. I submitted my passport a week ago but still no updates since. Can anyone share your experience with approvals? Thank you.

congratulations. However, can you share how the PPR request look like? Do you get an email only? and nothing else that says your application is approved in the portal?
I am a bit skeptical and wanted to be sure I have not deleted any emails from my mail box by mistake.

Could you please share the subject of the email look and content information in i.am.dhage@gmail.com ? From which email contact you get the PPR? as well please

When did you apply for spousal outland? how long it took and from which province did you sponsor?

It can only be accessed through the IRCC Portal or GCKEY account. The e-mail is only for notifying you that there is an update on your application. You will not receive the letter through e-mail.
