I have Workpermit of 1 year only. I did 1 year course in toronto.

Can this job offer letter help me out for PR ?

I think your job would be under NOC 2283, Skill Level B so this job is eligible for CEC.

Because you only had 1 yr of education you would need 2 years of full-time experiences or 1 year after the new rules come out next year, but it's not certain when the official announcement will be.

Yes, Now it depends on CEC Rules. Will it be declared right on 1 Jan'13 ?????
