Received Passport Req in 4 hrs

I received passport request in 2 hrs.

Does that mean they just want to stamp visa denied on my passport? Cause they can simply refuse visa. There have been no updates medivcal not needed.

I have an express entry application on right now so I am expecting denial.

But has this ever happened before to someone?

In my opinion when they ask for the passport is to stamp the visa. There's no point on asking for passport to give u a refusal

Your case is a bit unprecedented on this forum, no need to be rude when you're asking for free advice. Would you rather be upset that your hopes were kept up then dashed?

if they refuse your visa they never request for passport. it is only done when they have decided to put your visa sticker.
