Received passport and picture Back but no COPR

Hey, just wanted to check if you received any further information on your PR. I had applied for my son's PR under Family Sponsorship in September 2019, we received passport request in Oct 2020 but the docs were returned from Ottawa saying it will take sometime due to Covid. We recently applied for notes under Right to Information and it says that the copr was issued and will expire on April 30,2021 but we never received any notification. The notes also says that virtual landing is done. My son has been with us since Dec 2019 on visitor visa. Really need some help on this as it's getting difficult to get hold of IRCC.

Has anyone taken the medical exam again without receiving any intimation from IRCC? Is it okay to re-take medicals and get it updated to receive a new PPR?

I have not received any response from IRCC inspite of multiple webforms.

Anyone with similar case.?
