received notification of grant citizenship but not AOR

Hi All,

I have sent my application on May 09th, 2022. received a notification email on June 14th as follow:

"Dear Client,

Thank you for submitting your application for a grant of Canadian citizenship. Your application was created in our system on May 31, 2022 and is currently in progress."

But there is no AOR!! I wonder if this is normal and how long does it take to receive the AOR.

That is the AOR. The bolded part literally acknowledges receipt of your application.

There should be an attachment with the email.

I understand that! But there is not any kind of numbers in the email and it requires the AoR no to track the progress!

It seems there are a few issues recently in this part of the process including people not being able to register their case on the tracker.

I have contacted them through the web form on June 28 but no response so far, I got en email though saying that we’re experiencing high volume of requests and will come back to you later… etc
