Received NOI from ontatio, Not able to download it (Need to upload it in OINP)

Hello Guys,

I received NOI in my IRCC account. However, when I am downloading it to upload to n OINP account, I don't see the option to download it. Just wanted to confirm if I am missing something. Also, did anybody else observed this issue?

Somehow not able to upload the image, can you guys make is this the letter of Interest(in the below link) or is i am missing something:

Just take a screenshot of your messages received in express entry profile , it confirms the date of notification and also open the notification and take a screenshot, convert both the screenshots in to PDF and upload it

You can't download it. Either take a screenshot of it or print it out as a copy.
