Here is my timeline for others out there who are waiting on their pr :)

jan 17 2009 - Applied inland from Quebec for pr with sponsership (after the required 1 year of living with my gf)
February 6 2009 - immigration received application for permanent residence
February 26 2009 - Started processing my application
Date unknown - Medical results have been received.
july 6 2009 - Immigration recieved my missing police report (my mistake)
August to September - I recieved 1st stage approval and continued my application with Quebec as they also must approve
Beggining of october - Recived confimation from Quebec, they contacted Canada immigration with their decision
October 20 2009 - recieved letter about the decision on my application
November 25 2009 - Recieved letter with my scheduled appointment date to finalize my pr
December 16 2009 (today :D) - Passport stamped, pr finalized, 3-4 week wait for pr card but its all FINISHED!

My timeline is abit mixed but its gives a general idea, since my sent date it took exactly 11 months, feel free to ask any questions as I know how hard it can be to wait without knowing whats happening.

CSQ means you have been approved by Quebec, but you still need to be approved by the federal government.

Waou..Congrats, it is really fast. Is the Inland sponsorship in Quebec different from the rest of the Inland in Canada, because I always read on this forum that Inland sponsrship take a least 2 years to finish.
A very brightfull new year begining for you...:)
