Initially I did not submit the "Role & Responsibility letter" but I had received my AOR on Sept 29th.
After constant debate with my employer today I got my "Role & Responsibility letter".

Is there a way I can send this letter to CEC immediately via email or by post.
Please respond so that I can act immediately before I get a rejection. Thanks in advance.

If you read the AOR email you can see:

"Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc). Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents."

Now, when submitting additional documents regarding your application, you must include the following:

file number
full name
date of birth
mailing address
e-mail address
telephone.

Email scanned copy of your reference letter + All this information to >>> ottpilot-immigration (at) cic.gc.ca

When they add the letter to your file, they should reply with a message "Document has been added to your file".

@rak

just had a question for you.. had you submitted any explanation with your original application as to why your reference letter does not detail roles and responsibilities?
Curious because my case is similar to yours and I am planning to write to the VO as well.

Thanks

Is ottpilot-immigration (at) cic.gc.ca a standard email address to which I need to write an email to? Asking because I tried to follow a different path, i.e.: the case specific enquiry page for my VO. The VO page states this:

Case Specific Enquiry – New Delhi
You may use this form if:

•You have submitted an application at a visa office abroad.
•The information you seek is not available on E-cas .
•Your application has exceeded normal processing times. We will not respond to your enquiry if the application is within normal processing times. Information on processing times.
•You wish to report important changes regarding your application, such as births, deaths, marriages, divorces, adoptions, changes in address, changes in employment, acquisition of a new educational credential, results of an approved language test.

To answer a few questions

I did submit all the supporting documents but could not provide with the role and responsibilty letter initially. This was due to hesitancy shown by my employeer.
After lot of discussion , finally I have asked my supervisor to sign and give a letter.

Documents which I submitted initially were :
Invite letter my company had created during initial visit to canada. In the invite letter there were Roles and Responsibilties but unfortunately that is generally not taken into consideration.
Pay Stubs.
Letter given by my HR showing the salary description.
Work permits of previous two years.

Note that I had submitted my application from Toronto.

There is nothing wrong to send detailed Roles and Responsibilities if you haven't sent with your application

Send it by email.

Note: Just make sure you are not sending the same things again or with different representation, as by doing so you may lead confusion.

Ok thanks

also just to repeat a part of my above question for further clarity.. the best thing would be to write to my VO directly using their case specific enquiry form.. is that correct?.. the email seems to be for generic communication.

I sent out the additional information to the New Delhi VO through their case specific enquiry form.
Let's see how it turns out
