There is a quota for OINP EE PNP and it's 2700 for 2015. How many times have you resubmitted your profile and since when?
For me it took me 2-5 resubmissions before I got a PT. Persistence is key.

I withdrew once and my second profile was considered ineligible. The third one went through but I'm still waiting. Do you suggest I withdraw and re-submit a few more times?
