Hi... can you please tell me if they sent you an email stating that they have posted your medical forms beforehand?

They usually send Letter, not heard of email.

every visa office has different processing method and CHC-Islamabad does not send any email in case of medical dispatched.

@Hot-Lier: what is the date of Orientation that CHC ISB advised you to attend?

IMO have just sent me a registration card to fill and send them back at their address. Further when they will collect my Data they will send me a formal invitation, when that orientation willl be scheudled.
