Received Medical forms Urgent!!!!

Hi All,
I have received the medical forms for my medical test. However, as per the documents requested as part of a Case Specific Enquiry I have sent my wife documents last week and it has been received by the visa office.

Should I reply to the mail requesting them to resend my Medical Request along with my wife. Please suggest
