Received Medical Examination Request on Dec 15

Hi everyone, we received our medical examination request letter on Dec 15 and we did it on Dec 18, we have this status now:

Review of medical results

• December 19, 2020 You passed the medical exam.

X rays, blood test and urine test were asked only for my wife and me. My kid (3yo) only was physically checked by doctor carefully, but not other examination.

Do you guys think receiving medical and passing them is a good sign? We are applying for SP(wife), OWP(me) and my kid as extended visitor.

Thank you. Hope this is a good progress Just wondering if makes sense to ask for medical if you don't have chances to be accepted. I hope asking for medical means you have a good chance of getting it.

I was rejected in first apply when they didn't ask me to medical exams. I didn't upfront exams. Second time, i received the medical request and finished it last week, waiting for decision.
