From what information you have given us, I think they don't have a problem with your relationship and the statutory declaration is just standard.

The complete Schedule A is beginning to become standard, also. I was also asked to give a complete one, even if I've sent them the one for the last 10 years.

As for de medical and police documents, that could be a good sign - they could be ready to advance your file in the next stage of processing.

My advice would be not to freak yourself out and just send them the documents :D And hope for the best ;)

Am I missing something here, or am I lost due to us doing an Outland application... Correct me if I am wrong but should the statutory declaration of common-law union only be filled out when the common-law partner is a co-signer and not the principal applicant?

It's not required but CIC occasionally requests it anyways.

Ok, hmmm..

thank you so much betina..at least ur word makes me a bit at ease.. I know I don't have to freak out because we have been living together for ALMOST 4 years now and our relationship was genuine... it was just disturbing when you receive letter like this and a lot of things already played in my mind....

I was really hoping that they have everything that they need.... I even have the option to apply for CEC but we chose sponsorship because at the time we were applying, CEC and family class sponsorship has the same processing time.

other question was that how come they are requesting for medical already but we dont have AIP yet....is medical a good sign or not?
