RECEIVED LETTER OF INTEREST FOR CONSIDERATION FROM ONTARIO

Dear Fellows
I just received a letter of interest for consideration for nomination under ontario province nomination program.
Since i have registered as a FSWP on Canada' express entry, upon which stream should i be apply?
The priority stream is closed now, and
I do not have an offer letter from the employer.
looking for the valuable advice in this regard

If your CRS score hovers above 430 you may wish to consider opting for FSW ITA instead. The latest CRS cut off score is 449.
Otherwise you may go for OINP if you prefer more secured path to getting ITA.

HCP is not yet closed.

My score is less than 400 so have applied under HCP stream.
