Received ITA while waiting for Quebec

Hello guys!

I'm one of the 5000 successful applicants under Quebec's programme from last August. However, yesterday I received also an ITA for Express Entry.

Now, what I'm wondering is, should I decline the Quebec application first or should I accept the ITA and later delete my account for Quebec?

CIC will know you applied for Quebec's immigration program.. so they won't be convinced that you "intend to live outside Quebec".

That won't matter, I'd go for the federal app. Less money, less time to go through the process.

I guess they'd have the info. However, i found out that According to the governments of Quebec and Canada, candidates can apply under the QSWP and submit an Express Entry profile, as long as they withdraw one when either a CSQ or Invitation to Apply (ITA) is issued. - http://www.cicnews.com/2016/01/quebec-skilled-worker-program-guidelines-upcoming-submission-period-017051.html
