I get invitation on 25th june when cut off was 431, but my 2 years experience gonna be completed on 11th july with CRS 436.
I think computer calculated july 2018-june 2020 24 months period,
Should i accept or decline invitation?
You have not completed your 2 years of work experience. There is a chance that the officer will notice that your 2 years of work experience isn't complete and drop the points that you claimed for 2 years of work experience. In that case, if your CRS score goes below the cut-off. Therefore, your application is no longer eligible for EE. So, your application will be rejected.

Well, I have seen a lot of applications being rejected with the same reason. Trust me, you don't want to waste so much time and effort just because of 2 weeks or so. I suggest you to decline and wait out for the next draw. The mental pain that you will have to go through by submitting an ineligible application is not a very pleasant experience. You don't want to put your 2 years of commitment on a pure luck.

Under section A11.2, an officer may not issue a visa to an applicant who did not or does not meet the Express Entry minimum entry criteria (MEC) or did not or does not possess the qualifications for which they received their CRS score at the time when

the Invitation to Apply (ITA) was issued; or
the e-APR was received by IRCC.

The part about the system awarding points a month early is discussed on a daily basis, it is because the profile only asks for MM/YYYY instead of MM/DD/YYYY. Because of this, the system "assumes" that your start date is on the first of the month, and the end date is the last day of the month. In fact it could be the opposite and give an ITA up to 2 months too soon.

This has also been discussed many times, but a lot of people find it difficult to distinguish between "Minimum Entry Criteria (MEC)" and CRS points.

For the MEC (e.g. one year minimum of skilled work experience in Canada to qualify for CEC), you must meet the requirement at the time of the ITA.

For CRS points (beyond the one year), you are OK if you meet the requirement at the time you submit your eAPR.

Since you are talking about the CRS points for the 2nd year, and not the MEC, you will be able to keep the points for the 2nd year, as long as you have completed 2 full years of employment at the time you submit the eAPR. If you do not complete the 2nd year before your permit expires, you won't have earned the points for the 2nd year; if you applied anyway, your CRS score would be recalculated and you would (likely) be refused.

We have received an invitation but we are yet to complete one year of work experience in Canada (20 days short) but the points for this has been automatically updated in the system. Can we still apply?

I would advise declining the ITA and waiting for an ITA after you complete 1 year.

Well, whilst I have seen some members getting approved for their PR just fine when they were about a week or two short of 1 year of Canadian work experience, I am not too sure about 20 days, which is about 3 weeks.

IRCC clarifies this specific case as follows:

Accordingly, officers should refuse an application under section A11.2 if it is determined that

Your application may be rejected under section A11.2.
It's your choice to take the chance. I would personally wait for the next draw to be on the safer side.

Hi there, any idea at what stage they will check on this? If this is really a ground for rejection, I hope they will do it right away, so the agony of waiting won't be too long. I received my ITA as well when I was a month and a half away from reaching 1 year at work. I clearly mentioned this in my LOE and added "that instead of declining this ITA, I have waited to submit my e-APR when I actually reached my work anniversary". My application status is still at 31%, Medical passed and BIL request. Is there still a big chance to be rejected for the above reason?

That, I cannot tell you for sure. Does your application say that the eligibility review has been completed? If not, there is still a chance that you will encounter a problem. Regardless, if you have already submitted your application, there is nothing you can do about it. I know it is difficult, but let's be patient and wait to see what happens at this point!

You should really keep us posted on your progress here. Would be good to know that you get your PR approved after having received an ITA so early before reaching 1 year.

Sure. I will. Quite worrisome.
