Received ITA (self only) but considering to re-apply with Family - Pls assist

Guys need suggestions.

I have received ITA on 25 Jan with CRS of 457, however I had applied for self with non-accompanying family members. Considering the ITA and CRS trend am forced to think differently.

If apply with my family, i'll stand at 431. Just 3 points away from current cut-off but you never know, literally never know.

Need you suggestions, shall I decline ITA and re-enter pool for Wednesday's draw? How many of you think I stand a chance with 431?

Also if I go ahead with my current ITA, how different / easy is it going to be to sponsor my family once I land there? Any idea of timings?

From what I've read on this forum before at least a year to sponsor your family

I personally believe that the cut off in the coming draw is going to be less than 431.

Thank you friends, so far it appears I should decline the current ITA and re-enter the pool with 431 points.

Believe this is the most difficult decision to decline ITA :S

You have a chance in the next draw but then again nobody can predict how tables can turn. IMO, the next draw can be yours but it's CIC's decision. If you choose to decline the ITA and add your spouse make sure you do it well in advance leaving at least 24 hours for the system to update as you may be left out of the draw with a pending status, etc.

I understand, hopefully by the day end (Friday) will decline and will re-enter pool. So apperently u feel its a wise decision to decline ITA when am only 3 points shorts. Just taking opinions, i totally underatand it could be a surprise as well. I hope PNPs havent yet started to come in, PNPs may lead to increase in CRS cuttoff.

IMO, PNPs will take about 2 months from now. At the same time, the people escaping Trump will also enter the pool.
