There is no fix for the technical issue. In my case, I created the profile after losing my initial profile (used for the original application), then i linked the profile using the ID searching. However, the PR link was sent to the original profile, not the linked one. It is a technical glitch on their system. The problem wasn't resolved in the end. After talking to a few folks, it seems to be a common problem.
Unfortunately, my timing wasn't great and now I don't even have the status after so much delays. Good luck everyone!
