Folks,
I received an ITA yesterday. I live in the US and I am trying to schedule a medical exam. I have scheduled an upfront medical examination where I will be given a form after the exam which I can upload.
What is confusing to me is when I am calling medical centers a lot of time they are asking if I have uci number. The below link suggests many ways to go for medical depending on my visa category http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp. The first bullet point is 1) Instructions issued by CIC:You will be instructed to go for a medical exam within 30 days of receiving the notice.
I just want to make sure that I do not have to wait for anything right? I can straight away go for upfront and then submit the form?
Thanks so much for the help.
Regards
Riya
