Apply for PR: February 2022
Pre arrival: September 2023
Medical exams passed: November 2023
PR confirmation email: December 18 2023
PR Portal: January 8th 2024 (submitted into the same day)
PR photo request: January 10 2024
eCOPR received: January 12 2024

Congratulations and you will receive the card soon. My question is in which city was your file processed? The city will be mentioned in the portal email

Medical Exampt.
Pre Arrival: February 2023, and same time my abroad depandant receieved their biometric and medical
after that day there is a complete silence i talk to so many officers and involved MP office as well same answer every time that file is complete waiting for the officer to made the decision, after so much communication and involved a lawyer i recieved an email from IRCC telling me that this delay is because of quebec region there is a huge que and they have their own immigration system in end of October i made a request of change of address and i moved to ottawa and told immigration that now their should be no delay so process the application now after waiting 2 months now on 2 January i received 1st portal email and waiting for the 2nd one.

I was stuck waiting for P2 since Nov 30th. Follow the advise and I re-sent the same email I did (VO Montreal) back in November; to all the VO's office.
I did this on 01.10 and I got P2 01.11.
Please check, it works.
