Received invitation for OINP, question about work history section?

I have more than 2 years of full time experience in the same NOC code.
But I notice that the questions says paid work experiences in the last 5 years. I've had other internships before during my university time which were also paid but were only 4 month stretches at each company.
Should I include these experiences as well ?

Having the same question, there are a bunch of internships/ coops I did during school, may I ask did you end up including them? (kinda a hassle to gather all documents for these that are not going towards the CRS), thanks!
