Received "Follow the progress of your citizenship grant application with the Citizenship Application Tracker email" but haven't received any Applicati

I got an email confirmation that I can follow the progress of my application. However, I can't create an account because they haven't provided me with an application number.

It's been 4 days since I got that email and have not received the application number even though the site states that I should have gotten it within 12 hours of receiving the email, it's not in my spam.

I tried calling them but as you may know it's impossible to get a hold of them.

How do I get the application number?

How do I get the application number?

Your only options are calling, waiting for the AOR email in case there was a glitch somewhere, and ordering case notes through ATIP (takes 1 month).

In my case, i received AOR by email, but after creating my account in the tracker, i realized that the "mailing address" was the one of the lawyer that did my work permit years ago.
If I had not marked email, they would have sent me the paper to the wrong address
