Received email to submit passport

Hello,
I received an email today in response to my Express Entry application, to submit my passport within 30 days. I am trying to understand the next steps and approximately turnaround times. If I send the passport and the forms ASAP, what should I expect back from Canada immigration?
I hold an indian passport, so will I get a PR card and a Visa? Are there steps in between as well? My background check, biometrics, eligibility etc are all showing as in progress and not needed at this time.

Any explanation on the next steps will be very valuable.

Congratulations!! What was your AOR? I would suggest you to ask your question in the below given thread. Fyi I am awaiting my PR email.

It was September 2018. I had to send them additional documents hence it took so long.
Will post the question but looks like if they send me the PR card and visa, next step is to land in Canada
