the attached document is a sample document stating that my student visa has been approved. how long before i will receive my application package which has my passport and the letter. does this mean i have gotten a paper granting me the student visa??

i applied on june 18 from saudi arabia. but im still not sure if i got the visa or not and if so when will i receive the documents

congratulations. it seems like you have got the permit. how did u applied, online or paper based to embassy?

You will only receive you passport and a letter. you will get these after two days of this email probably.If you applied through VFS or VAC you will get another email that your passport is ready.
