Received email for requesting passport within 3months of Express Entry password. Legit?

I received an email today for a request of submitting my passport and few other documentation to CIC with a return envelope for my passport.

I wasn't expecting to hear back from them this early and my application for Express Entry was just submitted on December 13,2018. The email looks legit however I'm skeptical.

Can processing be this fast? I was expecting to be contacted in June 2019.
 
There was a case last week where a December AOR, with a family of 5, got PPR after less than 2 months.

Thanks for writing back. What made me skeptical to begin with was the "Subject Line" of the email that I received.

The email is from
IRCC.CIO-BRCD.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

And the subject line says 'Ready for Visa'
That sounded weird..hence the skepticism.

I got my PPR in circa 2 weeks sitting from my home in Kerala, India ! So, Congrats and establish yourselves well in this beautiful country.
