Received eCOPR, should I withdraw my BOWP application?

Hello, did you withdraw based on eCOPR or waited for PR card before withdrawal? Would really really appreciate quick guidance here since I have received my eCOPR and want to withdraw soonest I can.

With eCORP is more than enough, that is your permanent residence, card is mainly a travel document for you to enter Canada, you can even get your new SIN right now. In my case, I withdrew my BOWP as soon as I got the eCORP, and it is important to do it as soon as possible because is they start processing the application you might not get the full amount of the money back, but if they haven't started to process your application yet, you will most likely get the full amount refunded, as it was my case

Also we just need to submit signed client copy only with the request, right? IRCC copy is not needed?

Oh and one last question. We had a family application - 2 BOWP and 1 Study permit extension. One webform for all 3 of us is ok or need to submit seperate webforms?

All I need to know is if eCOPR is enough as an evidence or need to wait for PR card to arrive before withdrawing BOWP and study permit (for minor child) applications. Could you please confirm this part if you have done it or have certain info about it?
