Received ECOPR number but no update in GC key

Hi Guys,
I received my ECOPR number in the ircc application tracker which shows Medical, biometrics and background completed but have not yet received the ECOPR in my gc key and the pr portal where I uploaded my photo still shows in review by IRCC. Can anyone update if I have to call IRCC to get my ECOPR

I have not yet received ecopr. I got an update on tracker today with my ecopr number but my gc key does not show any ecopr
