I have received my COPR under FSWP. I wanted to know if I am eligible to live and work in Qubec, since Qubec has a different program..

I have similar question, Can I provide address of my friend who lives in Quebec at the time of landing in Toronto for PR card? I don't have any friend or family in Ontario. I want to living in hotel or guest house until I found rented place for ourself in Ontario.

You cannot land in Quebec. You can land in Ontario. And then once you are legally a PR (upon landing), nothing stops you from driving up to Quebec and living there! Once you are a PR, you have the right to live anywhere in Canada.

I would recommend getting a UPS Box. There are people talking about that on the forum. Its a virtual address.

Another option is to give the address of a Hotel or AirBNB where you are temporarily staying. Tell the officer, you don't know anyone else. Once you get a permanent home, you can go online on CIC and change the address for the PR card to be sent.

Just to repeat the answers above once you have completed your landing outside of Quebec you can go live and work there although advisable to have some French language capability when looking for a job.

Just to get myself more clear; we can't give address from Quebec while landing in Toronto. There is NO such option. right?
